Project Overview
VMS (Visitor Management System) is a PHP-based web application designed to streamline security workflows for visitor check-ins at offices or facilities. Visitors can be pre-registered with scheduled visit times, photo capture via webcam, and ID document uploads. An HR or admin approval queue processes visitor entries before allowing access, providing an additional security layer. The system supports CSV exports of visitor logs for reporting and audit purposes.
